Do I need a ticket to attend the event?

Yes, a ticket is required for Fantasy of Lights. Please purchase your tickets in advance, as entry is guaranteed only with a pre-paid ticket.

How do I request an accommodation?

Santa Clara County Parks works to ensure the department's programs, services, and spaces are accessible to all, in compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require additional information or would like to request a modification for Fantasy of Lights, please email [email protected] as soon as possible, at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, to allow the department sufficient time to process the request. ADA shuttles are available at the park entrance and exit for all visitors to the Netflix parking area. The event will also include a low sensory zone and sensory bags for visitors to borrow.  The event walkways are paved. While pets are not allowed at the event, service animals are permitted. A service animal is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Make sure you have your ticket ready before arriving at the park entrance. Everyone, even kids 3 and under, needs their own ticket.

You can print your ticket and bring it to the event, store your ticket on your smartphone or in a wallet app, or access your ticket via the confirmation email on your smartphone at the event. Whichever method you choose, make sure the QR code displays before you arrive so we can scan the ticket at the park entrance.

What are my transportation and parking options?

There is no event parking inside Vasona Lake County Park, and street parking is very limited. This year, we have designated rideshare drop-off locations (a map and instructions will be sent in an email reminder before the event). We also encourage you to take advantage of our free parking and shuttle located at Netflix, 121 Albright Way, Los Gatos. Shuttles will take guests to the event entrance. ADA shuttles will be available at both the park entrance and exit. Shuttles will run for the entire event. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways or business lots.

The designated rideshare drop-off location will be across the street from the park entrance at 333 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos, on the southeast side of the intersection of Blossom Hill Road and Roberts Road. You can also use this as a pickup location at the end of the evening if you don't end up walking the entire route.

The designated rideshare pickup location will be on University Avenue, south of the exit, at University and Cooper Court. See drop-off and pick-up maps at the bottom of this page.

Where do I go to start the event?

The Fantasy of Lights Walk-thru is one mile ONE WAY, with only one entrance located at 333 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos. All other trails and park entrances will be closed. The shuttle exit to the event is on University Avenue, and an additional ADA exit at Blossom Hill Road.

What hours do the shuttle buses run?

Shuttle buses from Netflix to Fantasy of Lights start at 3:45 p.m. and run until 8:15 p.m. Shuttles leaving the park for Netflix will run until approximately 9:15 p.m. ADA shuttles will be available at both the event entrance and exit.

What is the latest time to enter the event?

The park entrance will be open between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. All guests must exit Fantasy of Lights by 9:00 p.m.

What should I bring?

We recommend that you wear warm clothes and comfortable walking shoes. Strollers are allowed, but please leave pets, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and skates (etc.) at home.

What are the event rules?

Each ticket is valid for one entry, for the specified date only. Fantasy of Lights happens rain or shine. All ticket sales are final— NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR TRANSFERS. If Santa Clara County Parks closes the event due to extremely harsh weather or unsafe conditions, you will be issued a refund of the ticket price. EVERYONE attending the event must have a ticket. Upon arrival at Netflix, you will be required to redeem your tickets to board the shuttles. If you are walking in, you can redeem tickets at the park's front entrance (333 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos). NO PETS ALLOWED except for service animals. A service animal is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior may result in ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting the line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.
